Terms of service

By downloading, accessing, or using the ProjectMystic app ("app") or marketing website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ProjectMystic, a company incorporated in Turkey ("we", "us", "our"). Company legal name and registration details will be updated before store submission.

ProjectMystic is an AI-powered entertainment platform that brings five fortune-telling and esoteric traditions together in a single mobile app. The service is available in Turkish, English, Russian, and Arabic.

The coffee-cup reading module analyses three photographs of your cup — top, side, and saucer — to produce a personalised reading identifying paths, symbols, and figures in the grounds. Previous coffee-cup readings can be compared with the current one.

The palm-reading module analyses an image of your palm to provide commentary on the life, heart, head, and fate lines, optionally supplemented by an Abjad-based character profile. VIP users can additionally generate a speculative, entertainment-only "face in ten years" image.

The tarot module produces an animated, conversational reading based on cards drawn in response to a question you write. The Yıldızname module combines your name, mother's name, and birth data to generate an Abjad-derived personal astrology reading.

The dream-interpretation module converts a spoken dream narrative to text and produces a comparative interpretation drawing on classical and contemporary sources. All outputs across all modules are for entertainment only and do not constitute predictions, forecasts, or professional advice of any kind.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. To purchase paid features — token packs or a VIP subscription — you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18 and wish to make a purchase, obtaining parental or guardian consent is your responsibility. We cannot technically verify such consent, but may suspend an account if an underage purchase comes to our attention.

If you have been permanently banned from the app for a prior violation or fraudulent activity, you may not re-register.

You are responsible for providing truthful and current information at registration. Accounts created with false identity information may be suspended or permanently deleted.

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your account with others. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including activity facilitated by your own negligence even where a third party gains access.

All outputs produced by ProjectMystic — including coffee-cup readings, palm analyses, tarot card interpretations, Yıldızname narratives, and dream interpretations — are for entertainment purposes only. These outputs do not substitute for personal decision-making, financial transactions, medical diagnoses, legal advice, or psychological counselling.

The "face in ten years" feature in the palm-reading module is a speculative, AI-generated visual experience. No real-life predictions can be derived from palm lines; this feature is not a biometric assessment, medical evaluation, or personality diagnosis of any kind.

Choosing to act on any reading produced by the app is entirely at the user's discretion, and the user bears full responsibility for the outcomes. For important life decisions, consult a qualified professional — doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or therapist — rather than relying on fortune-telling output.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional rather than seeking guidance through the app. If you are in Turkey, you may call the free psychiatric helpline at 182, available 24 hours a day.

All paid transactions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment and billing terms of the relevant platform.

Token packs are one-time purchases with no expiry date. Tokens that have been spent on a reading are non-refundable. Unused token balance remains valid until account deletion.

The VIP subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis. To cancel, use the subscription management screen in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Access to VIP features continues until the end of the current billing period; if you do not cancel before the period ends, the next period's charge will be applied automatically.

Our refund policy follows Apple's and Google's in-app purchase refund policies. Refund requests may be submitted directly through the App Store or Play Store. Requests submitted to us directly will be reviewed and resolved via the relevant platform.

Prices are subject to change. For active subscribers, we will notify you of a price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Every new account receives 30 free starter tokens on sign-up. No payment card is required to receive or spend these tokens.

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent deletion.

Using the app or our APIs via automated tools — bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar — is prohibited. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app is prohibited. Our source code is proprietary and all rights are reserved.

Uploading photographs belonging to another person — particularly palm images — without their explicit consent is prohibited. By uploading any media, you represent that you hold the rights to it or have the necessary permissions.

Sending questions or inputs that contain illegal content, hate speech, violent material, or content intended to harass any person is prohibited. App outputs may not be distributed or shared in any malicious or harmful context.

Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly collect the free sign-up token bonus undermines the fair-use principles of the service and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

The app software, design system, brand name, logo, written content, and all generated reading narratives belong to or are licensed by ProjectMystic. Downloading the app does not grant you any right to copy, modify, or distribute our content.

Intellectual property in media you upload — photographs, voice recordings — remains yours. You grant us a limited, revocable, royalty-free licence to process the uploaded content for the sole purpose of operating the relevant AI module and returning the result to you.

Reading texts and images generated by the app are provided to you for personal use. Republishing these outputs for commercial purposes or using them to train AI models requires our prior written consent.

The app is provided for entertainment purposes only as described in Section 5. ProjectMystic cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made in reliance on the app's outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm. Turkey and UAE consumer-protection law may override certain liability limitations; in such cases, the applicable local law governs.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability for reading delays caused by third-party AI service outages is limited; in such cases we will assess refund or credit options on a reasonable-efforts basis.

We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or the app's fair-use policies. Serious violations — fraud, unauthorised upload of third-party data, reverse-engineering attempts — will result in a permanent ban.

You may close your account and stop using the app at any time. Closing your account does not automatically cancel an active VIP subscription; you must cancel the subscription separately through the App Store or Play Store.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution — remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For users in Turkey, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction.

UAE users retain any rights arising from UAE local consumer-protection law. Where UAE consumer-protection legislation provides greater protection than the jurisdiction clause in these Terms, the relevant local law applies.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we ask you to notify us in writing of any dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt. If no agreement is reached within that period, you may proceed to the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect via in-app notification or email.

Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
